Carol sent in this pic from our 'Blessing of the Backpacks' service at the beginning of the term. The children and youth brought their schoolbags or laptop bags to church, and Rev Neti prayed for and blessed all the young people as they started back at school.
Some of our children had left already, or were busy climbing the tree outside church by the time Carol got her camera out! Here are Jamie, Monica, Izak and Neti. (Thanks Carol!)
